BigEye Global does not operate like a job board or a staffing marketplace. We run a proactive, curated talent acquisition model in India — identifying, attracting, and screening engineers before client demand arises, so that when you need talent, our pipeline is already prepared.

Our sourcing channels include direct engineering community engagement, university and campus partnerships, referral networks from placed engineers, and active headhunting for senior specialist roles.

We maintain an active pool of pre-vetted engineers across 20+ technical disciplines — available for immediate engagement or short-notice pipeline replenishment

Our 5-Stage Vetting Process

Stage 1

Technical Assessment

All candidates complete a role-specific technical assessment covering core language proficiency, data structures and algorithms, system design fundamentals, and practical problem-solving. Assessments are timed, anti-cheat-monitored, and graded against benchmark thresholds.

Stage 2

Live Coding Interview

Candidates who clear Stage 1 proceed to a live coding session conducted by a senior BigEye Global technical reviewer. This assesses code quality under pressure, debugging approach, and communication of technical reasoning.

Stage 3

Domain & Experience Interview

A structured interview evaluating project history, domain experience, architecture decisions made in previous roles, and self-awareness of technical strengths and gaps. We assess seniority claims against real evidence.

Stage 4

Culture & Communication Fit

Engineers who will work with UK and US clients are evaluated on written and verbal English proficiency, remote collaboration skills, proactive communication, and alignment with agile ways of working. Cultural integration is as important as technical skill.

Stage 5

Trial Evaluation

For senior or specialist roles, we offer a paid short-engagement trial — typically 5–10 working days — where the candidate completes a real task in your actual environment before a full commitment is made. This eliminates uncertainty on both sides.
