Our Story
BigEye Global was established in Romford, London, with a clear purpose: to be the IT staffing partner that UK and global businesses actually want to work with. Not an agency that floods inboxes with unvetted CVs. Not an offshore firm with opaque processes and poor communication. A genuine partner — one that invests in understanding your product, your culture, and your growth ambitions before making a single introduction.
We built our India talent network from the ground up — establishing direct relationships with engineering communities, universities, and technical bootcamps across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, and Chennai. Every engineer in our pool has been personally assessed by our technical team.
Today, BigEye Global serves clients across the UK, mainland Europe, North America, and the Middle East — placing engineers and building teams across 20+ technology disciplines.

Every engineer in our pool has cleared a multi-stage process — technical assessment, live coding, culture fit interview, and trial evaluation. We present only the top 2–3 matched candidates, so you’re not sifting through hundreds of applications.
All intellectual property created by BigEye Global engineers transfers entirely to you. We provide mutual NDAs, IP assignment agreements, and GDPR-compliant data handling as standard.
